Peter Electroacoustic (SEIKAKU)
SEIKAKU, SHOW and TOPP PRO mixers, processors, amplifiers, speakers, conference systems and wireless microphones from a Dongguan company registered in 2018. On paper it is the group’s distributor for mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau and buys from the group factory, Dongguan Jingheng Electron Co., Ltd., which holds the ISO certificates. It has 4 insured staff and says exports ship through the buyer’s forwarder or trading company, or under a contract with the group.

Digital & Analogue Mixing Consoles
The TOPP PRO catalogue the company supplied lists digital mixers from the 16-input T2208 to the DM48.20 (up to 48 inputs, 32 XLR microphone inputs, 17 motorised faders, 10-inch touch screen), the DM24.8 (24 XLR microphone inputs, 13 motorised faders, 7-inch touch screen), the DM20.12 / DM24.12, the DR16.4 rack mixer and the MX / MXi analogue consoles. The SEIKAKU range on the company’s China website runs SPD16 to SPD48 and SX12M to SX24; the SPD16 is published with a 10.1-inch touch screen, 16 XLR inputs with +48 V phantom power, 9 motorised faders, 48/96 kHz sampling and a removable Dante card. The DM24.8 family is the only one for which test documents were supplied (see Credentials).
Digital Audio Processors & Media Matrices
DSP processors from 4-in/8-out to 16×16 (DD508, DGM-6/8/12/16, SP4800, DS4800, SP8800, DS-0808A) and an AI voice processor (AI9600) on the SEIKAKU site; the DD508 is published at 20 Hz–20 kHz ±0.5 dB, THD <0.01%, S/N >110 dB and 24 scenes, for 220–240 V mains. The SHOW catalogue adds the MATRIX-A6 / A8 / A12 networked matrix processors with RVC wall controllers, RIO input/output boxes and RPM paging stations, and the DLM 408 PLUS / DLM 808 speaker-management processors.
Power Amplifiers
SHOW public-address amplifiers for 70 V / 100 V lines (PAS, MPA, PAX, D, A, AD/ADH and AH series) and TOPP PRO touring amplifiers (E1000.4 / E2000.2, TRX / TDX, LVA, HVA and the TD500.4DSP V2). The company says rated power is set to each customer’s requirement (stated), so write the rating at a named load and distortion into your order specification, together with the mains voltage and the protection circuits you need.
Loudspeakers
Line-array systems (APX, KS, SWIFT 25, FLX3, X3 Mini), column PA systems (EVENT 2K / 4K, VA42.12, SOHO), active and passive cabinets (KS HD, KS CS, FORZA PLUS, AVANTI PLUS, X MKII, STARK DSP, MAXX DSP, TPS), installation speakers and megaphones. The KS HD series is catalogued as a bi-amplified active speaker with DSP and an OLED display in 8, 10, 12 and 15-inch versions. Ask for sensitivity, maximum SPL and dispersion measured to a named standard.
Conference Systems & Wireless Microphones
The SHOW DCS digital conference system (DCS-101C chairman and DCS-102D delegate units with LCD, voting keys and a built-in speaker, with camera tracking), wired and wireless conference systems, the all-in-one “442” meeting host and the KU-3840 one-to-four wireless conference microphone, published with a UHF receiver range starting at 600 MHz. Wireless microphones are radio transmitters; see the compliance note in the FAQ.
Dante Networked Audio
The TOPP PRO DIO24 digital stage box (24 × 12 XLR input/output with Dante included, catalogue), the DM24 expander for the SPD48, Dante cards on the mixers and Dante on the MATRIX processors. Dante is licensed technology. The company says its Dante licence paper will follow; none is on record, so ask whether the modules are Audinate-supplied and whether the products are listed as Dante-enabled.
What the registry confirms, and what stays open.
Registered to Manufacture and to Export
The registry read (2026-09-17, official source) gives the scope in its own words as including 音响设备制造 (audio equipment manufacture), 广播电视设备制造(不含广播电视传输设备) (broadcast and TV equipment manufacture, excluding transmission equipment), 家用电器制造, 电子元器件制造 and 电子专用材料制造, plus 货物进出口;技术进出口 (import and export of goods and technology). On paper, the entity may both make and export this equipment under its own name. The documents below point the other way: the goods are made by a group factory, and the company says exports normally go through other parties.
Four Insured Staff Against 500-Plus Claimed
The application states more than 500 employees. The registry read records 4 people on social insurance. The 500-plus figure describes the group, not this entity. The group’s own totals do not agree with each other either: about 800 in its May 2025 company profile, about 1,600 in its corporate film. None of them was independently checked.
On Paper: the Group’s China Distributor
Three documents now tie this company to the SEIKAKU group. A distribution certificate signed for Seikaku Technical Group Limited names it SEIKAKU distributor for China including Hong Kong and Macau from 8 August 2024 to 7 August 2027. A second, stamped by 东莞精恒电子有限公司 (Dongguan Jingheng Electron Co., Ltd.), does the same for the SHOW and TOPP PRO brands from 2 March 2026 to 1 March 2029. A stamped quotation-order of 19 November 2025 shows this company buying public-address amplifiers from Dongguan Jingheng in RMB. These prove a distribution and supply relationship. They do not show shared ownership, and neither certificate names any territory outside China, Hong Kong and Macau.
The Factory Is Dongguan Jingheng Electron
The plant belongs to 东莞精恒电子有限公司 (credit code 91441900618160516J, check digit passes), at No. 15 Shenle 1st Road, Hengli Town, Dongguan. That name and address appear on the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, and a 2018 TÜV Rheinland CB test report names the same company as the factory for the mixer family it covers. The gate sign in a short video the company supplied reads “Jingheng Electron Co., Ltd.”. The group’s film and profile show Yamaha SMT lines, sheet-metal, CNC cabinet and paint lines, an anechoic chamber it dates to October 2015 and a reliability lab. Jingheng’s own registry record has not been read for this listing, and CMH has not visited the site.
Who Contracts, Invoices and Exports (Stated)
The company describes its usual route like this: it contracts with, and delivers inside China to, the overseas buyer’s freight forwarder or a trading company the buyer names; it issues its invoice to that trading company, which handles customs declaration. A buyer may instead contract with the group directly, in which case this company says it cannot control or chase the delivery date. Either way the exporter of record is unlikely to be this company, so settle before ordering who signs, who is paid, who declares the goods and whose name is on the test reports.
Registered Address, Capital and Registry Changes
The registered address is Room 202, Building 8, No. 2 Xihe Road, Hengli Town, Dongguan, a second-floor unit; the website also lists a warehouse on the 8th floor of an industrial-park building in Dongkeng Town. Registered capital is RMB 1.5 million and the paid-in amount is not published. The risk scan of 2026-09-17 shows no penalties, abnormal-operation listings, serious violations, dishonest-debtor or enforcement records, and 13 advisory items: one capital-reduction notice, two registered-capital changes, four investor changes and six registered-address changes.
What was checked — and what the check found.
How to read this section. A certificate belongs to the legal entity named on it, so each card says whose name that is. Of the papers the company supplied in September 2026, one is in its own name: the PETER SLIPPING trademark registration. The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates belong to the group factory, Dongguan Jingheng Electron Co., Ltd., and both certificate numbers were found listed as valid in TÜV Rheinland’s public Certipedia database on 2026-09-21. The CB, LVD and EMC papers belong to Seikaku Technical Group Limited, cover a single mixer family and date from 2018, when the standards editions cited were current; ask whether your model has been re-tested since. SGS and REACH reports, the TÜV laboratory authorisation, radio type approvals and the Dante licence were described as “to follow” and have not been seen. This page is updated when documents arrive.
A group’s China distributor, read off its registry record and its own documents.
Peter Electroacoustic is Dongguan Peter Electroacoustic Technology Co., Ltd. (东莞市彼得电声科技有限公司), registered on 1 November 2018 in Dongguan as a limited liability company held by individuals, with registered capital of RMB 1.5 million. An official registry read on 2026-09-17 confirms active (存续) status and a scope that includes audio-equipment, broadcast-equipment (non-transmission) and electronic-component manufacture, and the import and export of goods and technology. No penalties, abnormal-operation listings or court-enforcement records were found.
It sells the group’s ranges across the whole signal chain: digital and analogue mixing consoles, DSP processors and matrix systems, public-address and touring amplifiers, line-array, column, conference and portable speakers, wired and wireless conference systems, wireless microphones and Dante interfaces. The application gives an MOQ of 200 units, 20-day sampling and 15 to 45-day production, and targets wholesale and OEM/ODM buyers in Southeast Asia, India and the UAE. The company adds that payment is a deposit with the balance before shipment, usually on FOB terms.
In September 2026 the company supplied a document package, and the papers settle part of what this page used to leave open. The plant is 东莞精恒电子有限公司 (Dongguan Jingheng Electron Co., Ltd.) in Hengli, Dongguan, which holds ISO 9001 (first certified 1996) and ISO 14001 (first certified 2005) from TÜV Rheinland for the design and manufacture of wireless microphone systems, wired microphones, amplifiers, loudspeakers, megaphones, audio processors and speaker cabinets. This company is the group’s appointed distributor of the SEIKAKU, SHOW and TOPP PRO brands for China, Hong Kong and Macau, and buys finished goods from Jingheng.
Four things still matter more than the catalogue. The registry records 4 insured staff here against 500-plus in the application. The distribution certificates stop at China, Hong Kong and Macau, while the application targets eight export markets. By the company’s own account the exporter of record is normally the buyer’s forwarder or trading company, or the group. And the only product test papers seen cover one mixer family, date from 2018 and are held by Seikaku Technical Group Limited. Ask who signs, who ships, and in whose name the reports for your model are issued.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Peter Electroacoustic sell?
Pro audio under the SEIKAKU, SHOW and TOPP PRO brands: digital mixers (DM48.20, DM24.8, T2208, DR16.4; SPD and SX series), analogue mixers, DSP processors and matrix systems (DD508, DGM series, MATRIX-A6 / A8 / A12, DLM 808), public-address and touring amplifiers, line-array, column, conference and portable speakers, the DCS conference system, the 442 all-in-one meeting host, wireless microphones and Dante stage boxes.
Is this listing CMH-verified?
Yes, on the registry check only: an official registry read on 2026-09-17 confirms active status and a scope that includes audio-equipment manufacture and export. The documents read on 2026-09-21 show that this company is the group’s distributor for China, Hong Kong and Macau, that the factory is a different company, Dongguan Jingheng Electron Co., Ltd., and that the ISO and TÜV papers are in other entities’ names.
Who makes the products, and has anyone seen the factory?
The ISO certificates and a 2018 TÜV Rheinland CB test report name Dongguan Jingheng Electron Co., Ltd. in Hengli, Dongguan as the factory. CMH has not visited it. The company supplied the group’s corporate film, a company profile and a short video whose gate sign reads Jingheng Electron; these show SMT, sheet-metal, cabinet, paint and assembly lines and an anechoic chamber. Film and photographs are useful evidence that the plant exists; they are not an audit.
Who will be my contract party and exporter?
Probably not this company. It says its usual practice is to contract with, and deliver in China to, the buyer’s freight forwarder or a trading company the buyer names, invoicing that trading company, which then handles customs. The alternative it offers is a contract with the group directly, where it says it cannot control the delivery date. Its distribution certificates cover China, Hong Kong and Macau only. Agree in writing who signs, who is paid, who exports and who answers for warranty before you place an order.
Why does the page show 4 staff when the company says 500+?
Four is the number of people on social insurance at this legal entity in the registry record. The 500-plus figure describes the group, whose own documents give totals between about 800 and about 1,600.
Which certificates can travel with my order?
Only those that name the entity you actually buy from and the model you actually buy. On record are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the Jingheng factory, and 2018 TÜV Rheinland CB, LVD and EMC papers for one mixer family (DM24.8 / T2408 / T24.8) in the name of Seikaku Technical Group Limited. No EU Declaration of Conformity, REACH or RoHS report, radio approval or Dante licence has been seen for any model.
Can I buy wireless microphones for my country?
Only models approved for your market. Wireless microphones must operate in bands your regulator allows — much of the 600 MHz range has been reassigned to mobile networks in several countries — and each model needs local type approval (for example IMDA in Singapore, SIRIM/MCMC in Malaysia, NBTC in Thailand, SDPPI in Indonesia, NTC in the Philippines, WPC in India, TDRA in the UAE). No approval is on record here; ask for it by model and frequency.
Which HS codes usually apply?
Loudspeakers generally fall under 8518.2x, microphones under 8518.10, amplifiers under 8518.40, and mixing consoles and processors are commonly classified under 8543.70 or 8518.40 depending on function. Wireless microphone transmitters may be classified elsewhere. Classification is decided by customs at import.
What should I ask before a first order?
Which legal entity signs, invoices and exports; written authorisation to sell the brand into your country; the CE, EMC, safety and radio test reports for your exact model and the declaration of conformity that goes with them; the Dante licensing status; amplifier power at stated load and distortion written into the order; and, given the 45-day lead time above MOQ, the production schedule for your quantity.
Talk to Peter Electroacoustic (SEIKAKU) directly.
Send the system type (conference room, multi-function hall, live sound or background music), the channel count, whether you need Dante, the wireless-microphone frequency band legal in your country, mains voltage and quantity. Ask which legal entity will sign, invoice and export your order, for the CE and radio test reports covering your exact model, and for that model’s radio type approval in your market. The papers on record here cover one mixer family tested in 2018.
